Supervisor de turno

Ensure the proper operation of the store during the shift, maintaining high quality standards in accordance with company processes and policies. Coordinate the team and their tasks, assigning resources based on priorities to maximize productivity. Support the Store Manager in the compliance of administrative processes of the store, including inventory management and human resources.

Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and developing teams is required. At least 2 years of experience in sectors such as retail, fast food, or supermarkets is mandatory. Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google applications is necessary.

The position requires availability to work in the evening/night shift with one rotating day off. Living close to Ciudad de Panamá (El Dorado-Costa del Este) is preferred.
