Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery across all analytics workstreams. Drive the strategic planning and execution of risk initiatives using data, identifying opportunities and guiding improvements. Own the end-to-end analytics cycle for risk areas, from building reporting systems to conducting ad-hoc analysis and translating insights into action.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in data analytics and at least 1 year in a leadership role. Proven track record in fintech or big tech environments. Strong technical skills in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in data visualization tools like Tableau. Excellent communication skills with a B2 English level or higher.
