Consultor/A Project Management

Promote a customer-centric culture to strengthen relationships and leverage the bank's systems and capabilities. Lead and coordinate efforts between Technology and Business teams for the execution and implementation of technological developments and process improvements. Manage administrative processes and compliance of projects, ensuring timely documentation of deliverables required by Technology Committees.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields. Over 5 years of experience in retail credit operations and leading high-performance teams. Experience in project management, internal control, operational auditing, and KPI management.
