What You'll Do
Provide technical and methodological support in continuous improvement, operational excellence, and process management. Identify, analyze, implement, and monitor improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Document and optimize processes using continuous improvement methodologies and implement improvement projects applying Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and PDCA tools.
What We're Looking For
Experience in process management and improvement methodologies. Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and PDCA. Strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities through process analysis and management indicators. Ability to coordinate with involved areas for the implementation and sustainability of improvements.
