Employee Experience Practitioner

Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems related to talent acquisition. Interact with peers within Accenture and update supervisors on progress. Manage priorities and meet deadlines during various stages of selection and hiring. Participate in implementations of artificial intelligence tools.

Primary skill in Talent Acquisition at P4 level. Secondary skill in Human Resource Recruitment at P4 level. Attention to detail and ability to work with moderate instruction on daily tasks.

This role may require working in rotational shifts and could involve overtime and holiday work depending on project dynamics.
