What You'll Do
Lead and optimize the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring accurate issuance of tax documents and timely recovery of working capital. Execute collection strategies and analyze key indicators to reduce delinquency and ensure consistent cash flow. Design and implement automation scripts using Python and AI models to streamline manual processes in billing and collections.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in accounting, billing, and collections, preferably in multinational environments. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with automation and AI applications (Python/Claude). Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
