Applied AI Specialist
TigoWhat You'll Do
Implement AI use cases according to the roadmap defined by the Tigo Technology Center. Gather and document functional requirements from business users and stakeholders. Monitor performance and adoption of implemented solutions, optimizing configurations and related business processes. Develop user guides and training materials, providing functional support for AI solutions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or related disciplines. 3+ years of experience in Technology, Telecommunications, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, or Process Improvement. 2+ years of experience implementing Generative AI solutions or enterprise AI platforms.
