LATAM Program Management Lead

Lead the pursuit of infrastructure and buildings programs in Latin America, engaging with clients and leading major proposals. Develop strategies and capture plans for major pursuits, aligning with AECOM’s business development strategies. Maintain regular interaction with clients to ensure satisfaction with AECOM services and proactively address client feedback on team performance.

Minimum of 15 years professional experience with 10 in a program management leadership role. Proven ability to deliver projects and foster collaboration across geographies, disciplines, and business lines. Fluent in English and Spanish.
