Gerente de Proyectos Senior Scrum

Lead and coordinate the comprehensive management of technological initiatives from business needs conceptualization to post-production stabilization. Facilitate coordination among internal agile teams, development factories, suppliers, and support areas to ensure project objectives are met. Manage timelines, scope, quality, risks, and dependencies throughout the various stages of initiatives.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing technological projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. Strong leadership, facilitation, and executive communication skills. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
