Design and implement the foundations of the AI Assets platform and its discovery, distribution, versioning, quality, and governance tools. Incorporate the use of GenAI in internal team processes as part of the platform's way of working. Collaborate closely with other teams to build GenAI solutions that ensure smooth transitions and continuous development of the platform. Implement a continuous improvement cycle based on user feedback, usage metrics, and emerging trends in GenAI.
Requirements
Solid technical foundations in backend development with Go, Java, or Python, microservices, and RESTful APIs. Knowledge in software architecture, distributed systems, and best development practices like SOLID, clean architecture, and TDD. Daily practice and interest in GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and evaluation of AI-assisted systems. Experience or interest in developing tools for developers, internal platforms, distribution systems, and MCP protocol.
