Senior Software Engineer Backend - IT Banking & Investments

Design, develop, and operate robust, scalable, and observable backend services on high-criticality distributed architectures. Build APIs, integrations, and business flows following performance, security, and maintainability standards. Analyze complex production problems, propose solutions, and support the operation of critical business services. Mentor semi-senior and junior profiles, sharing technical knowledge and contributing to the team's continuous improvement.
Requirements
Solid experience developing backend in production environments, using languages such as Java, Go, Kotlin, Node.js, Python, C#, or similar. Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, events, and service integrations. Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases and familiarity with microservices, messaging, observability, and testing. Proven ownership of end-to-end initiatives worked on.
