The consultant will be responsible for the successful delivery of solutions to customer enablement challenges using the Mindtickle SaaS platform, which includes running project kick-offs, defining implementation plans, and advising on platform configuration. They must also prepare customer teams for independent management of Mindtickle and guide stakeholders on using performance data to optimize enablement programs.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and have over five years of experience using technology platforms to solve business problems, including at least two years managing complex, cross-functional global deployments in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong professional services, customer management skills, and experience with platform configuration and data analysis are essential.
