Core Responsibilities

This role provides essential support to the People Experience (PX) Business Partner and CAC President in managing employee lifecycle processes, performance, engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with PX policies and local labor legislation. Key duties include acting as a first point of contact for employee queries, coordinating HR processes, leading engagement activities, and managing office administration and vendor relations.

Requirements

Candidates must have 3-4 years of experience in HR, People, Talent, or similar functions, with intermediate knowledge of core HR processes like lifecycle management, performance, training, and reporting. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, alongside strong organizational skills, data handling capabilities (Excel/Google Sheets), and a high degree of discretion for confidential information.
