Manage union relations and negotiations, including collective agreements and salary campaigns. Support negotiation strategies by structuring scenarios and arguments. Maintain relationships with unions and monitor union demands and their impacts on employees and the business.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields. Significant experience in Union Relations or Labor Relations, preferably in organizations with diverse operations. Knowledge of labor legislation and collective negotiation.
