Provide support to the internal and external sales team by handling administrative tasks. Prepare quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses while maintaining accurate documentation. Assist customers through various channels to troubleshoot issues and provide information about products and services.
What We're Looking For
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of product and service offerings. Experience in sales support or a related field is preferred.
