Core Responsibilities

The Help Desk Technician will provide first and second-level technical support to resolve hardware and software issues across the organization. They are also responsible for maintaining IT systems, documenting support activities, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Requirements

Candidates must have a technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, IT, or Computer Science, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and an intermediate level of English are required.
