Operations Success Associate

Manage all aspects of daily order processing to vendors, including preparing and sending information to partners, troubleshooting issues, and updating internal systems. Reconcile exceptions by addressing issues collaboratively with internal and external teams. Ensure all orders adhere to Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and proactively monitor for areas of risk.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong experience in procurement and managing lead times. Proficiency in JIRA, Slack, and Retool is a plus.
