This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and processing fixed income Principal & Interest (P&I) transactions across various proprietary and vendor systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness for all products under scope. Responsibilities also include mitigating operational risk, building partnerships with global locations, clients, and vendors, and analyzing/processing client inquiries and claims.
Requirements
Candidates must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including advanced English proficiency used daily, along with a strong client focus and the ability to prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines. The role requires problem-solving capabilities, ownership to resolve issues proactively, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing scenarios and client requirements.
