QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
The role involves drafting precise technical documents such as purchase and sale agreements, addenda, and terminations, while managing operational queues to ensure demand flow and meet deadlines. Additionally, the analyst will provide consultative support to Brokers and clients regarding the Purchase and Sale process via email or tickets.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Law degree (in progress or completed) and familiarity with Real Estate Registry Offices and property deed analysis. Essential behavioral traits include resilience and emotional intelligence to handle fluctuating workloads, alongside excellent communication skills for dealing with a fast-paced commercial audience.
