What You'll Do
Lead and develop the team of Store Consultants, ensuring guidance, performance tracking, continuous training, and consistency in executing the franchise strategy. Drive commercial and financial results of franchises by identifying opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and operational efficiency, focusing on food service and store value proposition. Strengthen relationships with franchisees, acting as a strategic partner in identifying opportunities, problem resolution, and store development.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields. Experience in commercial and operations management, preferably in franchise networks, retail, convenience, distribution, or multi-unit businesses. Knowledge of tools such as BI, Excel, and Salesforce.
