The associate will handle high call volumes, serving as the first human connection for prospective clients by receiving inbound calls to assess potential and facilitating outbound calls to promote services. Key duties include scheduling consultations, overcoming objections, processing payments, sending reminders, and accurately logging all customer interactions in the case management system.

Requirements

Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English, possess 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service, and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Essential attributes include excellent communication skills, proven time management abilities, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
