Core Responsibilities

The Intake Specialist conducts initial client consultations to determine the best-fit services, gathering necessary information to ensure a smooth entry into the firm and drive revenue. Responsibilities also include conducting one-hour interviews, leading interviews with sales scripts, reviewing pricing, educating clients on firm benefits, and converting leads into admitted clients.

Requirements

Candidates must be proficient in both English and Spanish (B2-C1 level) and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with world-class customer service and selling abilities. A High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required, and prior experience in sales or a metrics-based environment is preferred.
