Prospect and manage a portfolio of individual clients, focusing on building and expanding the client base. Actively participate in external events to attract new clients and maintain updated records of existing clients. Control credit operation collections in cases of default and support the promotion of the Relationship Program to encourage client participation.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Professional experience in business activities within a financial institution, specifically in managing individual client portfolios. Certification Anbima CPA 20 or CEA is required.
