Core Responsibilities

Lead and develop high-performance teams by ensuring quality hiring and onboarding of new consultants. Plan and execute monthly actions for sales consultants while maintaining constant sales growth and achieving proposed targets. Provide ongoing feedback and support to consultants to enhance their performance and ensure adherence to corporate behaviors.

Requirements

Ongoing undergraduate degree; experience in managing sales teams; certification as a Banking Correspondent for offering Consigned Credit products is essential. Preferred qualifications include a completed degree, a valid driver's license (category B), and experience leading sales teams in financial products.
