The role involves defending and promoting the well-being and interests of delivery riders by identifying, analyzing, and proposing operational improvements to enhance their experience. Key duties include managing in-person support points, resolving rider cases, identifying systemic errors, and proposing intervention plans.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering and reside in the city where the Rider Advocacy office is located. A minimum of 3 years of experience in socialization, negotiation, or conflict resolution, along with strong soft skills and intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, is required.
