What You'll Do
You will work on executive reports and communicate macroeconomic scenarios to commercial areas, treasury, and clients. Analyze and translate macroeconomic events into impacts on interest rates, exchange rates, and local and international assets. Monitor economic conditions, monetary policy, and financial variables, including high-frequency indicators. Develop, calibrate, and maintain macroeconomic projection models and macro-financial scenarios.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in economics or economic engineering. 3-4 years of experience in macroeconomic projections. Advanced knowledge of applied econometrics, particularly time series models. Strong understanding of macroeconomic theory and the Peruvian economy with a sectoral focus. Advanced English proficiency and expertise in specialized software such as Python, R, EViews, and Bloomberg.
