What You'll Do
Lead the financial planning process including budgeting, forecasting, and short and long-term projections. Analyze financial and operational results, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare monthly reports for local and corporate management and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or business partnering. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency and advanced Excel skills are required.
