What You'll Do
Support the registration, creation, and updating of customer information in billing, payment, and collection systems, ensuring data traceability. Provide assistance in addressing inquiries and requests from corporate clients related to billing and payment processes. Collaborate in the preparation and updating of accounting reports associated with client billing.
What We're Looking For
Desirable experience in customer service, call center, or claims management. University student in the final cycles (preferably in Accounting, Administration, Business, or related fields). Intermediate proficiency in Office tools and knowledge of platforms like Zendesk.
