Process high-volume dispute tickets and investigate background report inaccuracies by collaborating with law enforcement and court researchers. Identify system bugs and process improvements to maintain quality KPIs and ensure report accuracy.

Requirements

Requires 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in risk, fraud, compliance, or trust and safety. Candidates should possess strong investigative skills and proficiency in computer applications like GSuite and Zendesk.
