Learning & Development Coach, MX, Leader Coaching Team (LCT)

Deliver instructor-led trainings (in-person and remote) programs. Upskill, train, coach, and provide feedback to business presenters to ensure high quality training. Partner with stakeholders to assess and provide support for leadership development training programs. Develop and analyze data and feedback to assess competency gained and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience in stakeholder and communication management. Master's degree and knowledge of general AI tools are preferred.

Candidate must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time. Flexibility in working hours is encouraged to balance personal and professional life.
