Monitor the competitive environment and markets to adjust tactical planning. Collaborate with internal clients to ensure tactical window processes are followed. Contribute to the optimization and productivity of available capacity through proper alignment between offer and rate. Ensure performance tracking of assigned routes to maintain continuous improvement and revenue control.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in strategic planning or related areas such as data analysis, network planning, revenue management, financial planning, logistics, or operational analysis. Intermediate English (B2) and advanced Excel skills are required, with knowledge of Power BI being desirable.
