Core Responsibilities

The role involves training and developing commercial teams and partners on insurance products, acting as a technical reference, and supporting relationship managers in portfolio performance evolution. Key activities include stimulating consultative selling, monitoring portfolio indicators, proposing strategic actions, and reporting results and insights to management.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed higher education degree, preferably in Administration, Economics, or Commercial Management, along with proven professional experience in commercial roles or strategic support to commercial teams, specifically with Auto insurance products. A valid driver's license (CNH B) and personal vehicle are required for travel and commercial visits, with 100% in-person availability in the Federal District.
