Own the multi-quarter vision and roadmap for Generative AI at Wellhub, translating ambiguous business goals into a concrete, prioritized technical strategy. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and executive leadership to secure buy-in for high-investment AI initiatives. Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team that includes senior and principal-level scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

5+ years leading data science/machine learning teams in fast-paced, production environments. Proven track record of shipping complex Generative AI or large-scale ML products from ideation to production. Deep hands-on expertise in modern generative AI systems, including LLM architecture and production deployment at scale.
