Develop and execute the internal communication strategy for the Credit unit, aligned with business objectives. Lead the modernization of communication channels, promoting new content consumption methods and relevant experiences for different audiences. Act as a strategic consultant for leadership, supporting communication plans for transformation initiatives and organizational changes.

Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Administration, or related fields. Solid experience in Internal Communication, Corporate Communication, or Employee Experience. Proven experience in leading cultural transformation projects and change management.
