Analista Facilities I

Ensure the excellence of our infrastructure by conducting proactive inspections and managing preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitor the performance of outsourced teams for cleaning, security, and reception services. Act as the main operational contact at the Cajamar unit, performing rigorous checklists and aligning demands with local leadership and suppliers. Manage the inventory of cleaning and disposable materials, overseeing purchase requisitions and logistics.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields. Previous experience in facilities operations or infrastructure management. Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite and Google Workspace. Basic knowledge of service contracts and building maintenance.
