The Senior Manager will lead consultative transformative engagements across the entire cycle, from assessing client maturity to implementing AI solutions and managing change. This role involves building and maintaining a robust pipeline of Digital and AI projects, overseeing execution, and developing new advisory approaches for the Carcam region.
Requirements
Candidates must have significant experience (8+ years with a Bachelor's or 5+ with an Advanced Degree) in digital and AI product/project management, preferably within financial services or consulting, and must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong strategic problem-solving, analytical rigor, and executive communication skills are essential for advising clients and driving growth.
