Monitor critical KPIs in real-time for First Mile, Last Mile, and Line Haul, anticipating deviations to ensure daily SLA compliance. Lead contingency management and real-time decision-making during critical events, reallocating resources and alternative routes while balancing cost, speed, and customer experience. Direct and develop the monitoring team, managing performance and fostering a culture of ownership.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, preferably in e-commerce, with at least 1 year of leading teams of more than 5 people in real-time environments. Strong operational knowledge of at least two segments among First Mile, Last Mile, or Line Haul, mastering their KPIs and critical variables. Completed professional degree in areas such as Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
