Core Responsibilities

The main objective is to comprehensively manage operational and technical incidents, including registration, analysis, and follow-up, to identify root causes and propose effective solutions. Additionally, the role is responsible for creating key reports and indicators to monitor performance, detect trends, and facilitate timely decision-making.

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in Administration, Actuarial Science, Systems, or Law (Title and Professional License desirable) along with 6 months of experience in incident analysis and report generation using CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, or Admin tools. Living near the work area is also required.
