Core Responsibilities

Support onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and low-friction go-live process. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing enterprise and mid-market accounts, including conducting regular in-person relationship-building visits. Drive expansion, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives to deepen product adoption and expand usage across your portfolio. Monitor account health metrics to proactively mitigate churn and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales), ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS, Fintech, or hyper-growth environment. Proven track record in client onboarding, managing implementation processes, or driving client retention. Strong execution skills with a demonstrated ability to identify expansion opportunities and handle commercial goals (upselling/cross-selling). Working proficiency in English and fluent/native Portuguese.
