Lead the legal team for Cuenca, ensuring regulatory compliance with Mexican financial authorities, primarily CNBV and Banco de México. Orchestrate the transition of Cuenca towards Kavak's global corporate framework and policies. Collaborate closely with the Compliance team and other business areas to align legal strategies with operational goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in legal management, particularly in financial services or fintech. Strong understanding of Mexican financial regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
