Core Responsibilities

The specialist will be responsible for scaling the Affiliates Program in Mexico, leading key account management, and ensuring affiliate participation to maximize sales and meet commercial objectives. This includes developing specific actions with new incentives, planning promotional activations, designing offers, and conducting webinars for the affiliate portfolio.

Requirements

Candidates must have 5 years of experience in commercial, account development, or digital marketing areas, preferably focusing on social media and influencers, and must have concrete prior experience leading and coordinating sales forces. Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, BigQuery, or Looker is required for strategic decision-making.
