What You'll Do
Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements and business processes. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and associated functional documentation. Analyze and model AS-IS and TO-BE processes. Facilitate information gathering meetings and coordinate with business, architecture, development, QA, and operations teams.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Process Analyst. Knowledge and application of Artificial Intelligence tools. Experience in requirements gathering and analysis, user story creation, and functional documentation. Proficiency in Jira for requirements management.
