Core Responsibilities

Run day-to-day Buenos Aires office operations, including access, supplies, snacks and meals, swag, inventory, onboarding support, and local office communications. Coordinate local office events and employee experiences, including venue logistics, catering, room bookings, hybrid setup, and onsite support for office programs and special events. Support recurring engineering meetings and operating cadences by coordinating agendas, presenters, notes, action tracking, and follow-up communications.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in English and Spanish.
