Install, integrate, and configure the NiCE NTR-x recording solution remotely, following defined methodology and customer-specific needs. Develop and configure software features according to design specifications and customer requirements. Plan and execute testing phases, support client UAT, and maintain proactive communication with customers regarding progress and technical updates.
What We're Looking For
5-10 years of experience in the Financial Services / Banking domain. Hands-on experience with NiCE or other recording solutions, Microsoft Windows Server knowledge, and strong telephony background. Familiarity with networking fundamentals and basic scripting knowledge is also required.
