Analyst - Capital Markets, Corporate Actions & Dividend and Coupon Income Processing

Perform daily income event processing (dividends, coupons and related cash entitlements) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to controls. Investigate breaks and exceptions, resolve issues proactively, and escalate risks early with clear documentation. Collaborate effectively across teams and time zones, mobilizing others through influence to meet service levels and deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Experience in operations, processing, reconciliations, or similar roles. Proficiency in Excel; comfort working with data, operational reports, and deadlines.

Office-based role in Colombia with standard business hours most days; occasional extended hours may be required during market-driven peaks or critical deadlines. Work volumes can fluctuate with market activity; ability to prioritize and remain accurate under pressure is important.
