The Director will lead the foundation's territorial strategy by coordinating work lines and acting as a bridge between the municipality, social organizations, and strategic partners. They are responsible for project management, monitoring impact indicators, and representing the foundation in technical and community spaces.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree in Community Psychology, Sociology, or related fields. A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in territorial work and multi-stakeholder articulation is required.
