What You'll Do
Ideate and conduct product tests for iFood aimed at restaurants, from design to execution. Define hypotheses, metrics, and success criteria for experiments and tests. Execute exploratory analyses and analyze test results to generate actionable recommendations. Monitor and update indicators and KPIs, producing reports and presentations as needed.
What We're Looking For
Experience with SQL for data analysis. Strong analytical skills for reading KPIs and identifying opportunities. Ability to build and maintain dashboards and results-oriented reports. Familiarity with automation of manual tests and interest in artificial intelligence.
