What You'll Do
Define and execute the country strategy aligned with LATAM and Group objectives. Manage the overall country P&L and business performance. Strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Lead, coach, and develop local management and functional teams. Ensure full compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership positions. Proven experience within the insurance industry. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field. MBA required. Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
