This role owns the quality, consistency, and scalability of paid ad creative across Meta, Google, and future channels, requiring setting a high aesthetic bar while building systems for high-volume, performance-driven creative production. Responsibilities include hands-on creative development, defining standards, designing repeatable frameworks, leveraging AI tools, and eventually building and managing a team to maintain creative excellence at scale.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality paid media ad creative and proven visual judgment to maintain consistency across assets. Essential requirements include experience translating performance data into refined creative iterations, hands-on use of modern creative tools and AI workflows, and the ability to build scalable creative systems and processes.
