Coordinate with different IT areas to gather requirements and follow up on implementations. Support the development and implementation of process automation and workarounds to expedite commercial processes in non-productive environments. Develop operational and management report automations using defined tools and technologies. Provide technical and functional support for developed solutions, performing analysis and defect correction.

Complete university education in Systems Engineering, Software, or related fields (recent graduate). Minimum of 1 year of experience in web development, process automation, application support, and IT operational management. Experience can include pre-professional internships, academic projects, or participation in technological developments.
